Customer satisfaction survey

Codens Oy surveyed its customers to learn about their experiences with our website products and our CMS. Responses showed that our customers are satisfied and are willing to recommend Codens's services to others.

We also got some customer suggestions for how to improve our CMS, which we are taking into account as we build a new version of the CMS editing tool. Among other improvements, we're changing the way text is formatted.

Eighty-six percent (86%) of our customers use Codens' CMS. Most of them (26.3%) update their site once a month.
